Investor Relations Associate
to join its growing team. This is a highly visible, client-facing role on a collaborative team of five, where you will support relationships with both institutional investors and private wealth clients. The position offers broad exposure to multiple asset classes — including alternatives — and the opportunity to work closely with investment, product, and distribution teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted resource for private wealth advisors and institutional clients, providing timely information and insights on the firm’s investment strategies and product offerings. Prepare and update marketing and investor materials across a range of asset classes, with a strong focus on alternative investments. Respond to inbound client inquiries, delivering portfolio updates, performance information, and product details in a clear and professional manner. Partner with the investment and operations teams to support new client onboarding, product launches, capital calls, and other investor-related initiatives. Collaborate with finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all communications, materials, and reporting adhere to regulatory standards and firm policies. Contribute to special projects related to investor reporting, product development, and platform enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of
4+ years of experience
in private wealth management, investor relations, or client support, ideally within an alternative asset management or investment firm. Experience working across multiple asset classes, with direct exposure to alternative investments strongly preferred. Advanced Excel skills Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with sophisticated investors and internal stakeholders
