Senior Product Marketing Manager
to own one of our key business segments (SMB or Mid-market). This is a high-impact, cross-functional role. You’ll treat your segment like a $30M business, owning the
GTM segmentation, launch strategy, and adoption playbook
from awareness through expansion. You’ll partner directly with sales leadership, product, and demand generation to design scalable programs, campaigns, and launches that don’t just ship features—they drive measurable pipeline, customer engagement, and long-term growth. What You’ll Do Segment GTM Strategy: Define and execute the full-funnel go-to-market plan for your segment (SMB or Mid-market), from awareness through expansion. Launch Leadership: Own launch strategy and orchestration, ensuring new features and campaigns drive adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. Sales Enablement: Partner with sales leadership to build enablement programs, training, and collateral that transform good reps into great ones. Pricing & Packaging: Shape pricing and packaging strategies tailored to segment needs and behaviors. Customer Insights: Lead win/loss analysis, persona development, and journey mapping to refine strategy, sharpen positioning, and drive competitive displacement campaigns. Quarterly Business Reviews: Deliver data-backed QBRs that track performance, identify growth opportunities, and influence company-level strategy. Customer Advisory Boards: Establish and manage advisory boards that strengthen customer voice and inform product direction. Demand Generation Partnership: Work with demand gen to design campaigns that deliver high-quality pipeline and expansion opportunities. Partnership Development: Drive segment-specific partnerships and co-marketing opportunities. Team Leadership: Mentor and coach Product Marketing professionals, building the next generation of PMM talent. Our Ideal Candidate We’re looking for a seasoned product marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership. 4–7 years of professional experience in product marketing or a related GTM function, with proven ownership of a segment, vertical, or major product line. Strong grasp of advanced analytics, attribution, and financial modeling. Expertise in launch orchestration, GTM segmentation, and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger). Experience with PLG and/or PLS motions and pricing/packaging strategy. Hands-on knowledge of win/loss analysis frameworks, persona research, and competitive positioning. Comfort with marketing technology stacks, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks. Bonus: partnership development, content strategy (SEO/GEO), and AI/automation for campaign analysis. Traits & Mindset Strategic thinker with the ability to dive deep into tactical execution. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence across Product, Sales, and CS. Data-driven decision maker with business acumen. Skilled in navigating ambiguity and building scalable systems. Collaborative leader who coaches and mentors others. Results-oriented, resilient, and customer-obsessed.
