About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Investor Relations to spearhead our Investor Relations function as we prepare for our next phase of growth and public company readiness. You will collaborate closely with the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors to craft and implement a robust IR strategy, ensuring that our financial story is compelling, clear, and consistent. This pivotal role entails building the IR team from the ground up, facilitating transparent communication of our business model, growth drivers, and financial outcomes, and acting as the primary point of contact for the investment community.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Investor Relations with experience in a public company setting, alongside a profound understanding of SaaS and usage-based business models. Key responsibilities will include partnering on public company readiness, establishing efficient processes for earnings preparation, and ensuring compliance with SEC disclosure standards. We seek a strategic thinker with exceptional storytelling and communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into engaging narratives. You will also cultivate strong relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts, lead investor targeting initiatives, and prepare executives for various investor engagements. A strategic mindset, high integrity, and a passion for fostering long-term investor trust are paramount to success in this role.
