The

Product Owner

is responsible for defining requirements, assisting with the product roadmap/vision, and defining business value driven OKRs. The Product Owner is the “voice of the customer,” ensuring end-user needs are incorporated from design to deployment. The Product Owner authors technical user stories to support day-to-day development of new features and capabilities. The Product Owner will partner with stakeholders and product management to translate strategy into a detailed, prioritized backlog and requirements that translate into system solutions and processes. The Product Owner will collaborate with Agile delivery teams to implement, measure, and learn from improvements. This role manages the value stream features and delivery roadmap for the Global Supply Chain and Depots products & solutions. Role Defines and communicates the minimum viable product (MVP) for a given application/product and the corresponding release plans. Collaborates with Product Managers and technology stakeholders to define new/enhanced product requirements and functionality. Supports prioritization of feature enablers defined by architects within the product roadmap. Provides technical guidance to the development team, ensuring high-quality products. Participates in technical design discussions and decisions on architectural patterns, technologies, and implementation details. Drives incremental delivery by meeting business goals and end-user needs through frequent, measurable enhancements. Collaborates with Delivery Managers to ensure value-driven delivery aligned with business priorities. Prioritizes the sprint backlog based on the product roadmap. Refines product requirements based on sprint showcases and demos. Works with the team to prepare estimates for backlog items. Conducts formal review and acceptance of user stories within a sprint. Drives UAT activities with support from business and technology members. Performs functional reviews during sprint demos with the Product Manager and Delivery Manager. Supports business strategy by maintaining a backlog of features and user stories for the Agile delivery team. Articulates requirements for each user story with detailed acceptance criteria. Ensures requirements meet business needs and stakeholder goals. Required 8+ years’ experience as a technical Product Owner. Proven experience in software development on an Agile team. Experience creating documentation for varied audiences. Strong elicitation of business requirements for programs/projects. Proficiency in user story and acceptance criteria formulation. Experience with standard documentation tools/utilities. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail, good time management and organizational skills. Ability to propose solutions and improve processes. Recommended Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Ability to work independently and in a team.
