The ideal candidate has general administrative experience and is seeking a part-time opportunity. Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage the reception area; coordinate guest security access and conference room bookings. Support database entry and reporting; prepare and reconcile expense reports. Maintain office supply inventory; collaborate with team members on administrative projects. Handle ad hoc assignments as needed. Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional attention to detail; ability to remain composed and think quickly in fast-paced situations. Proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills. Details
