Role: Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position provides clinical supervision and oversight of programs implemented by the Supervisor/BCaBA and Behavior Interventionists. The BCBA will develop and supervise behavioral health treatment, create treatment plans with oversight from the Clinical Director, and apply training and experience in working with individuals with Autism, developmental disabilities, or other delays. Base pay range:

Napa, Solano, Sonoma, and Sacramento counties (Hiring in these counties) Essential responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or delays. Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to each client’s needs. Directly deliver individual and group learning experiences to help clients achieve treatment goals. Meet with, train, and supervise mid-level supervisors/BCaBA and direct care staff to provide guidance and review progress on goals. Conduct assessments, write treatment goals, analyze data, and write progress reports under Clinical Director supervision. Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using standardized tools (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABBLS-R, Vineland-III) under supervision. Develop and oversee implementation of behavioral plans for children. Support development of adaptive skills for the individual to participate positively at school, home, and community. Provide prescribed behavioral consultation to families and/or schools. Supervise ABA programs to help clients learn skills related to daily routines, stress coping, social interactions, communication, safety, and self-help. Empower parents, caregivers, and staff to influence clients within natural routines for greater independence. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and staff supporting individualized needs. Define target behaviors, write treatment goals, and coordinate evidence-based programs, reinforcement, and protocols. Model and teach staff how to implement intervention strategies and protocols. Manage ABA session schedules and adjust plans as needed; handle planned and unplanned changes or cancellations. Meet with families/caregivers in-clinic or via telehealth weekly to review progress and treatment plan implementation. Requirements
Availability for a consistent weekly schedule, including afternoons and evenings. Eligibility to work in the United States. Valid California Driver’s license (if in-person/hybrid). Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance. Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. BCBA Certification. Why Join Us?
