Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
BCBA
to join our team in providing high-quality behavioral health services. The
BCBA
will provide clinical oversight for Steady Steps ABA, delivering high-quality services and supporting clients and families through individualized programming. This role includes supervising
BCBAs ,
behavior technicians , and RBTs, maintaining clinical integrity, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, and driving outcomes for those we serve. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical oversight and direction for ABA programs,
BCBAs , and
behavior technicians . Supervise and mentor
BCBAs ,
behavior technicians , and RBTs, including training, evaluations, and ongoing support. Ensure treatment plans are individualized, data-driven, and aligned with client goals, providing
BCBA-level
expertise to guide interventions. Conduct client assessments and collaborate on program development and updates alongside
BCBAs
and
behavior technicians . Maintain compliance with BACB guidelines, HIPAA, and payer requirements. Foster a culture of clinical excellence, integrity, and family-centered care, supporting professional growth for
behavior technicians
and clinicians. Collaborate with administrative and leadership teams on strategic growth initiatives and best practices for
BCBA
supervision. Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
in good standing. Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. 2+ years of ABA experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities. Strong understanding of clinical best practices and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Passionate about mentoring staff, including
behavior technicians , and advancing client outcomes. Additional Details: This job is for home visits.
