Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks (React, JavaScript, Node.js, Spring Boot) Lead the integration of a commercial AI chatbot platform from scratch, connecting various APIs and third-party services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline management Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation Engage in agile ceremonies and sprint planning across distributed teams Coordinate and guide nearshore developers as the on-site technical lead Required Skills & Experience 10 years of full-stack development experience Mandatory experience in chatbot implementation or integration Strong front-end development skills; emphasis on UI development and API connectivity Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience with React, Node.js, Spring Boot Familiarity with database design and development Experience with source control systems and version control Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
