With recent growth in the practice, the breast program is anticipated to see over 700 new breast patients annually. The ideal candidate for this position is a breast surgeon who will deliver excellent clinical care along with passion and experience in education and/or research.The Department of Surgery has an excellent general surgery residency program with five categorical residents in each year (with approval for six starting in 2025) who are competitively prepared for fellowships, academic positions, and direct entry into private practice.
