Primary Responsibilities Collaborate with lead agents to conduct property showings throughout Northern Virginia. Deliver comprehensive written and verbal feedback after each showing to help fine-tune client preferences. Assist in preparing and negotiating offers alongside lead agents and their clients. Host open houses to attract prospective buyers and generate new leads. Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation to develop your own client base. Maintain accurate records of daily activities and client communications using PLACE technology and team tools. Engage in ongoing professional development through script rehearsals, team training, coaching sessions, and weekly Partner Calls. Provide exceptional client service to ensure a seamless and confident home-buying journey. Ideal Candidate Profile Approachable, positive, and receptive to coaching. Excellent at building and nurturing relationships. Comfortable with frequent travel to show properties and meet clients. Ambitious, eager to learn, and driven to succeed in real estate. Skilled at understanding client needs and matching them with suitable properties. Holds or is actively pursuing a Virginia real estate license. Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.
