Industry Food & Beverages Type Privately Held About the Role We are looking for a passionate and strategic Operations Executive to lead our large-scale beef manufacturing and processing facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for driving safe, efficient, and cost-effective production practices while upholding exceptional standards in food safety, animal welfare, regulatory compliance, and sustainability. The Operations Executive will oversee all aspects of daily operations, from slaughtering to distribution, and will be instrumental in developing and implementing operational policies and performance metrics that optimize efficiency and reduce costs. You will shape our long-term operational strategies, champion continuous improvement, and ensure our facilities remain leaders in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred) and at least 12 years of senior leadership experience in food manufacturing, particularly in beef or meat processing. A proven track record in managing large-scale manufacturing facilities, comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, and strong financial acumen are essential qualities for this position. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning, growth, and innovation while demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering a food safety culture, maintaining world-class product quality standards, and promoting sustainability and animal welfare initiatives.
