Louis Tommasino CPA & Associates, a full-service public accounting firm located in San Diego, CA, has provided tax, assurance, accounting, business advisory and financial consulting services to closely held businesses and high net worth individuals for 30 years. We are currently seeking a dedicated tax leader with 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience to lead tax and accounting engagements for a diverse roster of clients encompassing medical professionals, restaurants, retail, athletes, celebrity entertainers, real estate and more. Responsibilities: Prepare and review tax returns including individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary and non-profit returns Lead engagements throughout all phases of tax and accounting including tax research and planning, consulting, bookkeeping and financial statement preparation Advise clients while building professional client relationships Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting CPA license or EA designation 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience Understanding of tax law with the ability to perform effective tax research Strong communication, organizational and PC skills including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Lacerte/Intuit software proficiency Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with clients and all levels of staff and develop strong client relationships Company paid health, dental and vision insurance SIMPLE IRA plan Clear pathway for career advancement Work/life balance with generous PTO including Christmas week off, flexible schedules and hybrid work arrangements Family-friendly, relaxed, supportive and collaborative office environment Louis Tommasino CPA & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
