Real Estate Senior Project Manager

Role Description The Senior Project Manager leads the most complex and high-impact projects in AlphaX-AED’s portfolio, from large-scale residential communities to mixed-use developments. This role provides oversight across multiple projects, supervises junior staff, and acts as a senior liaison with municipalities, investors, and community partners. The Senior Project Manager ensures AlphaX’s projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee large, complex real estate development projects from acquisition and entitlement through construction and stabilization. Supervise and mentor Project Managers and Associates; provide guidance, training, and performance feedback. Lead consultant and contractor teams; negotiate contracts and manage deliverables. Structure, monitor, and refine project pro formas and financial analyses; ensure financial feasibility and performance. Direct entitlement and permitting processes; coordinate closely with municipal staff, elected officials, and community stakeholders. Lead community engagement and outreach efforts for key projects. Identify and mitigate project risks; resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track. Provide senior-level reporting to investors, lenders, and AlphaX leadership. Represent AlphaX-AED at industry events, city hearings, and community meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field (Master’s ). 5–8 years of progressive experience in real estate development, with significant leadership on entitlement and construction projects in California. Strong knowledge of entitlement, permitting, and municipal planning processes. Proven ability to deliver housing or mixed-use projects on time and on budget.
