We are seeking a Project Manager to lead our USTDA contract. The PM will oversee all aspects of contract performance, supervise staff, and serve as the primary liaison with government leadership.

Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite, situational telework with approval) Clearance: Secret (active or interim) Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of contract operations. Oversee quality control, staffing, scheduling, and contract performance. Serve as primary liaison with USTDA CO and COR. Manage administrative services including records, HR support, procurement, and facilities. Provide technical support during events (AV troubleshooting). Develop and maintain project plans, risk management, and reporting. Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance. 15+ years of relevant work experience in administrative services or program management. Proven leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing federal contracts. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. College degree required; business or management preferred.
