Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead multiple commercial and industrial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering strong relationships with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison with clients, managing expectations, communication, and project flow

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and scope

Develop comprehensive construction budgets and detailed project schedules, including milestones and dependencies

Manage job costs across labor, materials, and subcontractors to ensure financial control and accountability

Lead project startup including design development review, conceptual estimating, bidding, buyout, and contracts

Coordinate with owners, tenant reps, construction managers, superintendents, and project coordinators throughout the project lifecycle

Handle all project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, pay applications, and monthly cost reports

Ensure timely reconciliation and closeout including punch list completion, subcontractor billing, and final documentation

Track construction progress and manage inspections in alignment with project schedule and local code requirements

Participate in design reviews, pro forma analysis, and contribute to project programming

Identify and resolve project issues proactively, including those raised during monthly review meetings

Promote and implement project management best practices, leading by example

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality

Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum of 3–5 years of commercial construction experience required
