High School Physics Teachers

area. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physics (or related subject) is required; advanced degree(s) preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience, ideally at the K-12 level. Desire to collaborate with colleagues on curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment. Interest in contributing to the school community outside of the classroom, as an athletic coach, student advisor, club leader, etc. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills. Responsibilities: Adopt innovative pedagogies, discussion-based learning, and project-based learning. Differentiate instruction based on students’ learning styles. Promote an inclusive classroom environment. Attend department and faculty meetings. Subscribe to the school's mission and philosophy. Compensation and benefit packages will vary by school and will typically depend on geographical location, experience, and level of degree.
