$55K-$70K base + $3K quarterly bonus potential Schedule:

Monday Friday, 8am 5pm (100% on-site) Employment Type : Permanent / Direct Hire

Overview: Step into a leadership role where your work has a direct impact on improving lives. As the Biomed Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a medical equipment repair and fulfillment facility ensuring patients receive critical, life-sustaining devices quickly and reliably. You will lead a team of professionals, manage inventory and repairs, and create a culture of collaboration and excellence. Responsibilities:

Less than 5% travel outside of Murray, KY (meeting with manufacturer) Manages procurement, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping Oversees departmental procedures supporting preventive maintenance, repairs, shipping, and inventory tracking for home medical equipment Responsible for hiring, on-boarding training and managing performance of warehouse supervisor and staff Provides daily management of direct reports Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to senior management Partner with manufacturer representatives (minimal travel

Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and support audit readiness Maintain and update operational manuals, processes, and training plans Promote a team-focused, collaborative work environment that supports growth and accountability

Qualifications:

3 5 years of management/supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment Hands-on experience with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management software (WMS) Knowledge of DME/HME (cleaning, evaluating, repairing, or shipping medical devices) preferred Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory tracking tools Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a large team while meeting strict deadlines High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Valid driver s license with clean driving record Ability to work 100% onsite in Murray, KY
