The Senior Coordinator, Policy and Government Relations, will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Vice-President for US Policy and Government Relations. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a strong understanding of Congressional and Executive Branch operations. Excellent communication skills and discretion in handling confidential matters are essential. Key responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive executive and project support to the SVP and Leadership Team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. Organizing daily operations, meeting preparations, and maintaining briefing materials to ensure efficiency. Coordinating SVP activities across various stakeholders, including the Office of the Chairman & CEO and the Executive Leadership Team. Managing confidential information and handling sensitive matters with discretion. Creating meeting agendas and minutes, and composing correspondence as required. Coordinating events and special projects to enhance Pfizer's engagement in the US Policy and Government Relations space. Maintaining the USPGR Weekly Deliverables Report and team calendar. Assisting with contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and funding requests for confidential projects. Conducting research on news articles, Congressional statements, and relevant materials as needed by team members. Supporting the preparation of quarterly lobby reports and ensuring submission deadlines are met. Meeting Planning: Collaborating to manage logistics for quarterly USPGR Leadership Team meetings, including catering, venue booking, and IT support. Executive Leadership Team Engagement: Coordinating itineraries and providing logistical support for meetings involving the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Facilitating communication with Trade Associations and compiling engagement inventories with key stakeholders. Aiding in preparations for off-site meetings, including tours and team-building events. Office Management: Managing office operations, including support for meetings, onboarding, and conference room scheduling. Site Security and Information Security Responsibilities: Contributing to site security management and implementing Pfizer's security protocols. Assisting colleagues with information security best practices and conducting annual awareness initiatives. Qualifications: Minimum of three years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with government or trade associations is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Physical/Mental Requirements: This is an on-site role in Pfizer's Washington, D.C. office. Additional Information: Salary ranges from $32.47 to $54.11 per hour, in addition to benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave.
