Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented
Assemblers
to support a new product line focused on manufacturing fans and components for data center servers. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a climate-controlled facility with a clear path for advancement. Prior assembly or electrical experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble fans and related components for high-performance data center servers.
Operate tools and equipment including power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.
Follow detailed work instructions, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Identify and resolve routine issues during the assembly process.
Work in varied environments, including on ladders and in confined spaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.
High school diploma or GED.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with warehouse or industrial assembly processes.
Understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
Commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Work Schedule
First Shift:
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Second Shift:
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Mandatory training for all new hires will be conducted on
first shift
for the first two weeks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
