are seeking a mission-driven

Product Manager

to lead the development and delivery of mission-critical software products in a secure, cloud-based environment. You will define and communicate a compelling product vision, manage product roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and impactful product delivery. Your ability to manage backlogs, engage stakeholders, and make data-informed decisions will directly influence the success of our client’s digital transformation efforts. What you will do

Define and communicate a clear

product vision

that aligns with user needs, business goals, and mission objectives Create and manage

product roadmaps

that balance innovation, technical feasibility, and stakeholder priorities using tools like

Jira

and

Confluence Lead a product team of 7–8 FTEs in partnership with a government product owner, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices and

Agile Scrum

methodologies Manage and refine the

product backlog , including

Epics ,

Features , and

User Stories , to ensure clarity, prioritization, and readiness for development Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, and operations—to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery in

AWS Cloud

environments Monitor and analyze

key product metrics

to drive continuous improvement, optimization, and growth Conduct and apply

user research

to inform product decisions and enhance user experience Manage

risks and dependencies

across teams and systems, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place Engage in

stakeholder management , building strong relationships and influencing through data-driven insights and a compelling product narrative Support

change management

efforts and ensure alignment with the

Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Contribute to

cloud budgeting and forecasting

efforts, particularly within

AWS Cost Management

frameworks Stay current with

industry trends , emerging technologies, and best practices in

Agile product management What you need to have

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Must maintain an active TS/SCI clearance or be eligible for such clearance 2–4 years of experience in

agile software product delivery , preferably in a leadership or management role Experience in

stakeholder management , particularly in software delivery environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in

Agile methodologies ,

Jira ,

Confluence , and the

Microsoft 365 suite Familiarity with

cloud environments , especially

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Expertise in

product backlog management , including Epic, Feature, and User Story development and refinement What we'd like you to have

Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field Proven success managing and delivering software products in

cloud-based

environments Familiarity with the

full software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience working with

cross-functional Agile teams Knowledge of

user research methodologies

and the ability to derive actionable insights Demonstrated ability to use

data and metrics

to inform product decisions Experience with

cloud budgeting ,

forecasting , and

risk/dependency management Relevant certifications in product management, Agile, or cloud technologies
