Competitive pay (hourly + opportunity for incentives) Year-round, steady work no slow seasons Health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle, tools, and technology provided Ongoing training and career growth opportunities What Youll Do as a Service Plumber: Perform residential plumbing service calls, including diagnostics, repairs, and installs Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and options Provide top-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction Accurately complete work orders using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed) Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional appearance What Were Looking For in our next Service Plumber: Valid Texas Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber License (required) 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Valid drivers license and insurable driving record A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
