About the Role
We are seeking a
Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
to support infrastructure reliability and innovation across our banking, payments, and capital markets technology platforms. This role plays a critical part in our transformation journey—advancing automation, ensuring application performance, and strengthening our position as a leader in the financial technology landscape. Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain monitoring solutions for infrastructure, application performance, and user experience. Build automation tools to streamline tasks, scale systems, and enable seamless deployments. Ensure application reliability, availability, and performance—minimizing downtime and improving response times. Lead incident response, including identification, triage, resolution, and post-incident reviews. Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and resource optimization. Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices and ensure compliance standards are met. Manage deployment pipelines and configuration management for consistent application rollouts. Develop and validate disaster recovery plans and backup strategies. Partner with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams to align reliability goals and incident response. Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support for critical incidents. What You Bring
12+ years of SRE/engineering experience (engineering-focused, not purely operations). Strong knowledge of modern development technologies, architectures, and web/API platforms. Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools. Hands-on experience with monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog) and logging (Splunk, ELK). Proven track record in incident management and conducting post-mortems. Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex technical systems. Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and automation (Terraform, Ansible). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps). Strong sense of ownership and accountability in engineering outcomes. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. What We Offer
