Job Summary: The Assistant Outlet Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a food and beverage outlet at Whitefish Mountain Resort. This role may involve working at Ed & Mully's in the Village, the Summit House atop Big Mountain, or the Base Lodge at the bottom of Chair 6.

Outlet restaurant, bar, and janitorial staff Job Specifications:

High school graduate or GED equivalent College degree in hospitality or related field preferred Minimum 3 years of food & beverage experience Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the food & beverage industry Excellent decision-making and leadership skills Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities Ability to work well within a team Familiarity with Montana State Liquor Laws and possession of current Montana TIPS certification Flexibility to work late nights and long hours as needed Specific Duties:

Ensure the highest quality of food and beverage service Train and supervise the outlet team Maintain positive communication with team and management Implement and monitor training programs for staff Utilize performance appraisal process to promote employee performance Enforce discipline procedures consistently and fairly Adhere to budgetary guidelines approved by Food & Beverage Director Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Manage cash handling procedures and accounting Utilize and maintain payroll, inventory, and POS systems Foster positive relationships with internal and external guests Emphasize safety in all activities Safety & Wellness: All team members must remain vigilant for any unsafe conditions or behaviors, conducting periodic inspections and promptly addressing any issues.

Work Environment:

Moderate physical activity, including lifting objects up to 50 pounds occasionally Extended periods of standing, bending, stooping, and climbing stairs Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime Ability to travel to work locations under varying weather conditions Non-smoking environment
