Job Description
Manage all project phases from preconstruction through closeout for groundup multifamily developments Oversee site work, enabling infrastructure, and podium/garden style apartment construction Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and change orders Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements Communicate project progress clearly with stakeholders and resolve issues proactively Prepare and submit regular reports, forecasts, and documentation for leadership and clients MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. A successful Multifamily Project Manager should have:
Groundup multifamily construction expert especially with site work on garden or podium style complexes Based in Atlanta, GA, with inregion accessibility Open to travel 1-2 days biweekly to support regional projects Strong leadership and team collaboration skills Excellent organizational, communication, and problemsolving abilities Handson mindset with a focus on results and stakeholder satisfaction What's on Offer
