Position Overview The LP Property Assistant provides Administrative Support to 3-4 LP Property Managers; In addition to clerical duties, you will be called upon to engage and assist with Low- Income & Supportive individuals we serve. This staff member cultivates and maintains a network of resources/information to support cashflow and minimize Homeless recidivism.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Duties

Access/ Shutdown Notices

Maintain Yardi System for Entire Portfolio- send weekly reports to respective PM.

Create / Produce Welcome Packets for New Movins.

Create / Circulate Monthly Newsletter.

Communicate with Intake Department- Produce / Maintain Vacancy report as advised by respective PM on readiness.

Mass Mailing

Issue Conduct Letters for Leasing & House Rule Violations.

Support Respective PM with "no contact" communication.

Outreach

- **Larger Portfolios**

Support Respective PM with Rental Arrears & Compliance Follow up.

Qualifications

5 plus years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Associate degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Some knowledge/experience working in the social service or related field is preferred

Drivers License preferred.

Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred

Familiarity with housing inspections, local and Federal vouchers, Municipal entities such as HPD,DOB,ECB & LIHTC
