As a Restaurant General Manager, you will lead our Back of House (BOH) operations, ensuring a stellar guest experience while upholding our standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and community engagement. Your leadership will empower our team to excel in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Kitchen Operations:
Oversee all BOH functions, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen environment. Food Quality:
Maintain high standards for all menu items, emphasizing scratch-made food and attention to detail. Guest Experience:
Foster a welcoming atmosphere where guest expectations are consistently exceeded. Local Store Marketing:
Implement initiatives that strengthen community ties and attract guests. Team Management:
Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure operational needs are met across all shifts. People Development:
Mentor and develop team members, cultivating future leaders and a culture of accountability. Financial Oversight:
Manage food costs, labor, and operational efficiency through careful planning and inventory management. Recipe Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to recipes, portioning, and production tracking. Compliance:
Uphold all health, safety, and regulatory standards across the restaurant. Shift Management:
Lead shifts focusing on food quality, speed, hospitality, and safety. Continual Improvement:
Analyze feedback and implement action plans to enhance guest experiences. Training:
Work with team members to provide ongoing training and certification. Flexibility:
Embrace a variety of tasks as needed to support the team. Qualifications: 3+ years of management experience within a fast-paced restaurant environment. Demonstrated ability to lead teams while maintaining high operational standards. Strong knowledge of food safety and restaurant best practices. Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications. Experience managing budgets and inventories effectively. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and to stand or walk for extended periods.
