Job Description: The Lead Service Specialist assists the Supervisor or Manager in leading the workflow of the Service Specialists. Will accurately communicate with client staff and Epiq team members regarding commitments, deadlines and challenges.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Ensure all work is efficiently aligned between you and one other team member. Significant email monitoring, managing email responses, and tracking completion. Perform general facilities services including but not limited to conference services, food services, front desk coverage (split with other team members), kitchen maintenance, supply snack ordering, misc. inventory maintenance, printing & document production, mail services, transitioning hoteling offices, back-up AV set-up and light IT support. Assign production tasks to team members Production print and document assembly represents approx. 10% of the role, but is inconsistent and can often hit in waves, consuming major portion of day when it hits. Work independently on production print projects assignments, often at a satellite in the copy center without direct supervision Ensure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in facilities or general office support. preferably in a mail or production, copy, print or scanning environment- Ability to lead others in a professional manner Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints Ability to multitask with attention to detail Working Strong experience with MS Outlook, and working knowledge of MS Word and, Excel and Outlook Familiarity with tracking and/or hoteling software desired. (Maptician) Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time Work 8:00a.m to 5:00p.m with ability to flex as needed for client demands
The Compensation range for this role is 23.34 to 30.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
