Job Description
Manage all phases of aviation-related construction projects, from initiation to completion. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment with objectives. Monitor project progress and address potential risks or issues proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients. Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve performance excellence. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Aviation should have:
Proven experience managing construction projects within the aviation sector or similar industries. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to guide diverse teams effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. What's on Offer
