Job Description

Lead all on-site field operations from mobilization through project closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and budget goals. Work closely with the project management team to deliver a complex, technical facility on time and to the highest standards. Foster a culture of safety and collaboration on site. The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a

Superintendent

on large commercial or mission critical projects. Strong knowledge of

MEP systems

and complex building operations. Previous

data center or mission critical experience

preferred. Willingness to

travel and work in Fargo, ND

for the duration of the project. What's on Offer

Base salary:

Open, depending on experience Project completion bonus:

Projected at $100,000 Annual bonus:

20% of base salary Housing stipend:

$1,500-$2,500/month Relocation assistance provided Travel home twice per month Example: A $150K base salary can realistically total ~$250K with incentives.
