Job Description
Lead project delivery from pre-construction through closeout. Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources. Coordinate stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, and contractors. Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality work. Control costs and manage change orders to maintain profitability. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations. Monitor quality to meet design and client expectations. The Successful Applicant
Recent years of experience with $100+ million size projects (Pharmaceutical, Health, Industrial, Data Centers, Convention Centers) An educational qualification in Construction Management or a related field Experience in managing construction projects Proven leadership skills Proficiency in project management software An understanding of construction laws and regulations Excellent problem-solving abilities What's on Offer
