Senior Licensed Clinical Social Work Supervisor

Leading social service organization seeks a Senior Social Work Supervisor to implement and oversee the clinical services and models of care. Responsibilities: Ensure clients receive timely access to quality clinical services, including during crises; oversees functions to support program’s clinical operations; and ensures program compliance with Federal, State, and City regulatory bodies, CARF and funding entities. Develop and implement models of care to effectively meet the clinical needs of the individuals/families and communities we serve. Duties are as follows: Identify gaps in clinical services at the program level and develop potential solutions to fill the gaps. Ensure all assigned staff maintain an active caseload size as defined by clinic executive leadership. Works with clinicians to maximize time providing direct care to clients. Teaches, assesses, and monitors skills such as completion of timely notes, time management & organizational skills. Provide direct services to clients, as needed, including intakes and crisis interventions. Develop strategies to ensure clients have timely access to care and increased engagement in care Supervision of crisis intervention services Participate in quality assurance activities such as chart reviews and utilization management. Integrate recovery, rehabilitation, treatment, and vocational components of the program. Monitor and follow up on program incidents Responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing to support clinical care and evaluating staff performance. Ensure timely completion of performance appraisals and appropriately and clearly addressing performance concerns Ensure program and staff are compliant with regulations and standards of care that govern the program Qualification: New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience including supervisory experience Salary $105,000 - $110,000 Please email resume to: Joshua Albucker Senior Vice President NOOR Staffing Group 646-492-5653 jalbucker@noorstaffing.com
