Job Description
Manage large-scale commercial and life science projects Lead the development and maintenance of project schedules Work closely with project management team, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders Develop and implement strategic plans for successful project delivery Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction Manage project budgets and financial performance Implement strategies to optimize project profitability Quality assurance & legal compliance MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
5+ years experience with a general contractor MUST have previous ground-up, large-scale commercial project experience Preference for candidates with life science, pharma, life industrial, and/or manufacturing project experience 4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study preferred Possess values of integrity, honesty, and self-improvement Strong leadership skills Professional business aptitude Software proficiency with Procore, Autodesk, similar programs What's on Offer
Base salary 110-160K commensurate with experience Annual bonus Monthly vehicle allowance 401K match + profit sharing Excellent health benefits 3 weeks PTO/year + company holidays + sick days
