Job Description: Strategic Program Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
Leading end-to-end execution of complex technical programs Risk Management Driving planning, prioritization and execution across multiple teams and geographies. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication
Providing succinct and transparent reporting, at an executive level Strong communication and change management skills Data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking Agile Methodologies & Technical Acumen
Championing Agile & Scrum practices Understanding of cloud technologies, API's, data platforms and how they relate Experience with tools in the Microsoft ecosystem, Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Office 365 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Partner with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to define scope, milestones, and success metrics. Drive program planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple teams and geographies. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross-functional issues, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives. Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and executive-level reporting. Provide regular updates to executive leadership through steering committees and governance forums, ensuring transparency, accountability, and strategic alignment. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. Experience:
5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or engineering leadership. Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment. Skills :
