Overview
Florida State University (FSU) invites applications for multiple open-rank, tenure-track or tenured positions in Quantum Science and Engineering (QSE). Appointments may be in multiple departments with potential joint appointments. Learn more at quantum.fsu.edu. Responsibilities
Develop and nurture research programs that will be internationally recognized, attract external funding, and foster interdisciplinary collaboration across campus. Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, mentor undergraduate, graduate, and post-doctoral researchers, and engage in college and professional service. Qualifications
Ph.D. or foreign degree equivalent in Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field relevant to quantum science. Demonstrated potential for academic and research excellence; for tenure-track positions, strong research potential and dedication to teaching; for senior tenured positions, a stellar record of scholarship and education.
