hands-on operator
to architect the systems that keep that momentum on-time, on-budget, and scalable - across production, inventory, partnerships, and retail. You’ll work directly with our CEO and fractional COO to turn creative wins into repeatable, high-margin outcomes that power the next phase of our growth. What You’ll Do Build the backbone.
You’ll design and run the operating system of a fast, creative brand. Operations & Project Management:
Implement PM tools, build dashboards, and drive accountability. Translate creative ideas and partnerships into timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Production, Inventory & Fulfillment:
Manage critical paths from development to delivery. Track lead times, monitor QC, and ensure inventory and shipping stay smooth. Campaigns, Activations & Partnerships:
Keep all partner and campaign deliverables organized, on time, and on budget - aligning creative, e-com, and retail teams. Pop-Ups & Retail:
Scout and manage pop-up locations, oversee budgets and vendor schedules, and create SOPs for store ops and daily rhythms. Vendors & Finance:
Own vendor relationships, POs, SOWs, and payment cadence. Negotiate make-goods when things slip - protect both the relationship and the P&L. Policy & Process:
Build lightweight SOPs for receiving, returns, damage, comps, and samples. Track contract terms and flag when legal support is needed. What You Bring 5–8+ years in operations/project management - ideally in
fashion, consumer, or retail Full-lifecycle ownership across production, inventory, and vendor management Deep familiarity with Shopify (Admin + POS)
and
Google Workspace Experience with PM tools
(Monday.com, Notion, Airtable, etc.) Budgeting, PO tracking, and vendor negotiation comfort NYC retail build-out or pop-up experience is a plus Bias to action, low ego, thrives in fast-paced environments (some nights/weekends around drops) Tools You Know (or Can Master Fast) Core:
