Technical Knowledge: While not always required to be deeply technical, having a solid understanding of the technology behind the product helps in making informed decisions and communicating effectively with the development team. Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for articulating the product vision, managing stakeholder expectations, and facilitating collaboration among team members. This includes verbal, nonverbal, and written communication. Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, assess product performance, and make data-driven decisions is vital. Product Owners should be adept at identifying issues and finding solutions quickly. Roles & Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Expertise in JIRA Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs. Work closely with stakeholders (business, customers, and leadership) to gather and define requirements. Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows. Collaborate with development, QA, design, and other teams to ensure high-quality product delivery. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). Make decisions regarding scope, priorities, and trade-offs to maximize product value. Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and adjust priorities based on market and user insights. Ensure timely delivery of product increments that align with business objectives. Act as the “voice of the customer” in development discussions. TCS Employee Benefits Summary
