Program Manager, Bus Tech PMO The Business Technology Program Management Office (BT PMO) drives consistency, operational rigor, and delivery excellence across our most important technology initiatives. We partner across engineering, operations, applications, and business platforms to ensure execution is connected to measurable results. About the Role: We are seeking a Program Manager to lead M&A initiatives within Business Technology. This highly visible role will oversee end-to-end integration programs—from initial due diligence through post-close stabilization—ensuring alignment with business strategy and successful onboarding of acquired companies into our systems, processes, and platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading complex, global M&A integrations, exceptional program leadership skills, and the ability to navigate both business and technology domains with confidence. Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional M&A integration programs across Business Technology. Build and maintain integration roadmaps, timelines, and resourcing strategies. Anticipate risks and dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and adjust course as needed. Provide outcome-focused, executive-level reporting and communications. Integration Delivery

Partner with Corporate Development, Finance, HR, Legal, Security, and business leaders to define integration priorities and success metrics. Drive integration of acquired companies into our platforms, ensuring scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency. Balance speed, cost, and quality when guiding critical trade-offs. Contribute to and refine repeatable playbooks to accelerate future integrations. Stakeholder Management

Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and senior leaders across BT and business functions. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, enterprise applications, shared services, and acquired teams. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving clarity in decisions and outcomes. Portfolio & PMO Alignment

Feed M&A best practices and lessons learned into the broader PMO portfolio. Influence prioritization and allocation of resources across concurrent initiatives. Track and report on integration performance metrics, emphasizing value realization and business outcomes. Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

12+ years of experience in program/project management, with success leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives. 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, cloud, or technology environments. Significant experience managing end-to-end M&A integrations, including technology, process, and organizational components. Proven ability to lead high-visibility programs with executive stakeholders. Track record of delivering programs across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and Technology. Other Qualifications

Strong judgment and decision-making in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Skilled in evaluating integration options, assessing risks, and guiding leaders toward sound decisions. Experienced in governance, transparency frameworks, and risk management. Exceptional communicator and influencer, able to engage at all levels of the organization. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining long-term focus. Experience developing and applying repeatable M&A playbooks. PMP, PgMP, or CSM certification a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or Management (or equivalent experience). Compensation:

Up to $106.50/hr. (W2)
