Panerai is seeking a Boutique Manager to oversee the Topanga location. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of luxury retail experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team. Responsibilities
Ambassador of Panerai’s image in the boutique and during off-site events or other work-related representation functions. Responsible for appearance, maintenance, and merchandising of the boutique. Ensure security procedures are well respected in the boutique. Develop sales in accordance with the retail brand strategy and maximize profit while minimizing costs. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales according to market demand, seasonality, and waiting list. Manage sales advisors, including staff development, day-to-day management, and appraisals. Build long-term relationships with clients and implement the marketing relational plan. Requirements
5-10 years of luxury retail experience. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to motivate, manage, and develop a team. Strong watches technical knowledge is a plus. Strong leadership and negotiation skills with a passion for service. Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Fluency in spoken and written English; Italian is a plus. What We Offer
