The Front Desk Receptionist is the face of the spa and plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment for all guests. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and ensuring exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression. Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously. Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments using the spa’s booking system. Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing. Provide information about spa services, treatments, and promotions. Coordinate with therapists and service providers to manage schedules and ensure smooth operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area. Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care. Upsell spa services, memberships, and retail products when appropriate. Monitor and restock front desk and retail supplies. Ensure client confidentiality and adherence to spa policies and procedures. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business is a plus. Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality front desk role preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and a calm, friendly demeanor. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Proficiency with scheduling software and point-of-sale systems. Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
