We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Responsibilities: • Oversee online and print marketing efforts • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties • Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness • Manage schedules, calls, and email communications for the leadership team. • Organize transactions, track projects, and maintain orderly systems. • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and partners to keep operations moving smoothly. • Enter data and notes into CRM systems (Go High Level, Microsoft 365, Teams). • Prepare simple reports, client packets, and marketing materials. Qualifications: • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • Have

2+ years

of experience as an administrative or office assistant. • Are

tech-comfortable

(Microsoft 365, CRMs, online tools). • Stay calm and organized even when things get busy. • Have a strong
