As a senior leader within Mars’ Modern Workplace team, the Digital Innovation Senior Manager drives the future of work by harnessing emerging technologies such as generative AI, agentic AI, automation, and machine learning. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to identify, pilot, and scale innovative digital solutions that enhance Associate experience, productivity, and business value. Embedded within the business, you will ensure that innovation is practical, human-centered, and aligned with Mars’ culture and goals. You will lead the responsible adoption of cutting-edge technologies, partnering across functions to deliver measurable impact and keep Mars at the forefront of digital transformation. What are we looking for?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field 8–10 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, or consulting, with proven success engaging senior stakeholders Deep knowledge of digital workplace trends, AI (generative, agentic, ML), automation, and data-driven solutions Experience leading innovation pilots and scaling successful initiatives into business programs Strong ability to quantify business value through metrics like time savings, cost avoidance, and ROI Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools Flexibility to work across time zones, primarily supporting US and UK stakeholders Nice-to-haves:

Advanced consulting skills balancing strategy and execution Familiarity with governance and risk frameworks for emerging technologies Curiosity and proactive learning mindset to stay ahead of digital disruption What will be your key responsibilities?

Define and lead the Modern Workplace innovation agenda, emphasizing responsible AI adoption Scan industry trends to identify relevant emerging technologies for Mars Develop governance frameworks for evaluating, piloting, and scaling innovations Partner with business and technical leaders to translate complex technologies into clear business use cases Lead experiments and pilots, assessing feasibility, risks, and business impact Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are people-centered, process-aligned, and technically feasible Drive adoption through communication, training, and change management to embed innovations sustainably Measure and communicate the value of digital innovation initiatives to senior leadership What can you expect from Mars?
