Skillforce has teamed up with an industry leading general contractor to find a skilled Project Manager – Commercial Construction in Louisville, KY. This is a contract to permanent, long-term position.
Location:
Based our of Louisville, KY with travel as required
Project Manager Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000
Overtime: Estimated $10,000+ annually
Bonus: Performance-based bonus potential
Per Diem: $35/day (with receipts)
Vehicle & Lodging: Company vehicle with fuel card for business travel; lodging arranged internally

Project Manager Requirements:
Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record (MVR) review
Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple project sites
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contract obligations
Lead project teams, coordinate resources, and resolve issues to maintain progress
Monitor financial performance, provide reporting, and support profitability goals
Maintain a flexible work schedule from home base when project demands allow
