Job Description

They are highly organized, decisive, and thrive in the field-solving problems proactively and keeping projects on track without constant oversight.
They understand the nuances of interior construction-from high-end finishes and tight tolerances to coordinating multiple trades in occupied or fast-turnover spaces. Comfortable managing multiple projects across different geographies, they're a confident communicator who can effectively lead subcontractors, interface with clients, and uphold both safety and quality standards on every job.
What's on Offer
Base Salary ($110k-$130k) Travel expenses Weekly or bi-weekly home travel allowance (if traveling long-term) Corporate credit card or reimbursement system Monthly vehicle allowance (typically $500-$1,000/month) Health, dental, and vision insurance (employee + family options 401(k) with company match (usually 3%-5%) 2-3 weeks PTO (depending on tenure/seniority) Paid holidays (7-10 per year)
