Overview
Orthodontist – Full-Time | Traveling specialist. Covering 6+ dental practices in the Greater New York Metro Area. You will exclusively treat patients within our practices, ensuring continuity of care and a seamless patient experience. Our modern, established offices are a PPO/FFS mix with a strong internal referral base. Endodontists, Periodontists, and Orthodontists are expanding within our practices to build an integrated model that supports better clinical outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive orthodontic care including diagnosis, braces, clear aligner therapy, and retention management Create tailored treatment plans for patients of all ages Communicate effectively with patients and families about care and progress Work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless integration of services
Qualifications
DDS/DMD degree with Orthodontic specialty certification Active New York dental license Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills Positive, patient-focused approach This is a Full Time Regular Employee role (not 1099)
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $250,000.00/yr - $450,000.00/yr Pay is based on a percentage of collections, with no lab fee deductions $500,000-$1,000,000 annual earnings potential 401(k) with up to 4% match Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Employee Assistance Program: confidential support services Voluntary benefits (e.g., pet insurance, identity theft protection) Continuing education support All PPE provided; CDC-compliant and fully equipped for safety Advanced technology: CareStack, Dexis, iTero, Nomad, and more
