About the Role: Reporting to the VP of Accounting, the Lease Admin Manager will be highly collaborative, working cross-functionally with Legal, Asset Management, Property Management, Accounting, and Tenants to resolve issues, support strategic decision-making, and streamline lease-related processes. Skilled in CAM reconciliations, rent billing, critical date tracking, and reporting within fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

:

Monitor and manage monthly rent rolls, billing schedules, and recurring charges (e.g., base rent, CAM, taxes, insurance). Ensure accurate billing in accordance with lease terms as well as oversee annual rent increases, percentage rent calculations, and other lease-related billing. Coordinate and review annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations and ensure they align with lease terms. Oversee the process to prepare and distribute CAM/operating expense estimates and reconciliations to tenants. Generate lease administration reports, including critical date reports, rent rolls, lease abstract summaries, and vacancy reports. Work with property managers and legal teams to resolve lease disputes or concerns. Serve as the primary point of contact for lease-related tenant inquiries and issues. Support due diligence efforts for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing by providing lease data, estoppels, SNDA coordination, etc. Maintain and update lease data in property management software (MRI, Yardi, etc.). Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in lease administration. Train and supervise lease administration staff of more than 8 individuals with some of the staff being offshore.

Technical Skills

:

BS or BA Degree is required. 5+ years of lease administration experience. Experience in lease administration or reading/interpreting lease language a plus. Knowledge of the MRI, Yardia, LeaseProbe and VersaPay software preferred.

The expected salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $125,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
