Summary:

The Hotel Food & Beverage Manager oversees front-of-house operations for our full-service restaurant, outdoor bar, full-service bar & restaurant, and seasonal pool bar & café. This role ensures seamless dining experiences, team leadership, and operational efficiency while maintaining the highest service and financial standards.

Schedule:

Wednesday - Sunday (minimum), based on business needs

Weekends, Holidays, and Nights required

Compensation:

$70,000 - $80,000 salary + discretionary bonus based on KPI performance

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Operations & Financial Management

Drive financial success through budgeting, cost controls, and revenue strategies. Maintain high service standards while managing labor, inventory, and equipment costs. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations. Leadership & Team Development

Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team. Conduct regular staff evaluations, meetings, and ongoing training programs. Foster teamwork, motivation, and professional growth. Guest Experience & Communication

Ensure an exceptional dining experience through attentive service and guest engagement. Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain clear communication with vendors, departments, and leadership. Standards & Compliance

Enforce sanitation, alcohol awareness, and safety protocols. Uphold environmental and company service standards. Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency. Perform any other duties as required by your Manager. You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

5+ years of recent F&B management experience Proven success in financial management, staffing, inventory, and P&L oversight Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in Toast POS, MS Office, and Excel Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays Riverside County Food Handler's Manager Certification + RBS certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
