Position Overview

In this role, you will collaborate directly with project leadership to coordinate documentation and various design aspects across building systems. You will support and at times lead project teams in producing comprehensive design and construction documentation while actively participating in project preparation. This position also includes managing and mentoring junior team members and leading consultant coordination efforts. Your Role

Project Leadership & Documentation Work independently to contribute across the full spectrum of architectural services as part of a collaborative design team Lead development and production of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and technical details while ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of all project documentation Construction Administration & Coordination

Manage construction administration activities including regular site visits, coordinate document submissions to building departments, and support RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and related processes Interface with and lead consultant coordination efforts to ensure comprehensive and coordinated construction documentation Collaborate with project leadership and design teams to coordinate all project aspects from inception to completion Team Leadership & Client Relations

Assist and mentor junior architects and designers, providing guidance, reviewing work, and fostering professional development Interface with clients and consultants to understand project requirements, provide design solutions, and address inquiries Maintain detailed project records, update schedules, and provide regular progress reports to project leadership Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the design and/or construction industry required; candidates with 8-12 years of experience and those holding an architecture license are also encouraged to apply. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Proven experience in project documentation coordination and building systems Proficiency in Revit/BIM, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Strong 3D modeling capabilities Ability to sketch and develop design ideas graphically (both hand-drawn and digital) Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills Demonstrated experience in construction administration Strong time management abilities with proven ability to meet deadlines Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with Higher Education, Science & Technology, Healthcare, or Institutional projects LEED certification
