This leadership position involves overseeing technology teams managing critical platforms tied to trading execution, risk assessment, pricing, and transaction processing. The Director will manage team resources, oversee recruitment and career growth, while ensuring high operational uptime and swift incident resolution across all Capital Markets tech systems. Key responsibilities include implementing monitoring tools, managing system lifecycles, and collaborating with internal and external teams on infrastructure, platform, and vendor dependencies. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 12 years' hands-on experience in Capital Markets technology, with a robust background in trading workflows, electronic execution, pricing mechanisms, and trade booking systems. This role is suited for a decisive leader who has successfully managed geographically distributed teams, has experience with hybrid cloud and traditional infrastructures, and is knowledgeable in IT service management and project delivery oversight. We seek a professional with a commanding leadership presence, capable of engaging with senior executives, and committed to upholding compliance with financial and operational standards.
