PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of one of our apartment properties. This is a full time position, Monday - Friday.
Position Overview:
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the apartment community
Maintain knowledge of leasing policies and ensure prospective residents experience a smooth leasing process
Tenant relations
Coordinate maintenance requests
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the apartment complex
Oversee leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations
Support maintenance and office staff
Ensure property is maintained to high standards, including inspections and property appearance
Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in residential property management (apartment experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of leasing, Fair Housing laws, and property operations
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium) is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure the property operates smoothly and efficiently.
