What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 5+ years of civil site and drainage design experience Experience with Civil 3D required; additional design tools and permitting experience a plus Experience in residential (single-family, townhomes, multifamily) and/or commercial/industrial site development preferred

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage commercial or residential land development projects from design through permitting and construction Lead internal teams and mentor junior staff, while staying hands-on with design and CAD work Prepare budgets, conduct cost analysis, and oversee project schedules Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and permitting agencies to ensure seamless project delivery Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards Support construction administration and provide oversight during observation and certification phases
